Poppy Seed Chicken

2-3 chicken breast (boiled and shredded)
2 cans of cream of chicken (or 1 family size)
8 oz sour cream
1 pkg Ritz crackers (crumbled)
1 stick butter (melted)
poppy seed
rice or pasta to put chicken over

Mix chicken, cream of chicken, and sour cream.
Put in a 9X13 baking dish.
Top with Ritz crackers and pour the butter over the crackers. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
Bake 350 for 45 min. Serve over rice or pasta.
